The maintenance guy William got straight to the job fixed my issue and vaccumed behind himself.
I don't live there but visit. Pet friendly and seems pretty tight community. We'll appointed gym. Clean laundry area. Good security for getting inside. Pleasant sitting areas outside. Pool. Some maintenance with hall restrooms.
This company is nothing but a slumlord. They owe Clay Electric several months on light bill, they owe the gas authority several months for gas, there is mold from leaks al throughout the building, the roof leaks and they have been told it needs replaced yet they refuse to fix it, they owe every vendor money. There is a bed bug infestation in the building. They treat residents and staff like crap I would never ever recommend sending my elderly family member to this property.
Holly Ridge Apartments is a nice senior place to live you have to be 55 or older but the apartments are beautiful and they have a lot of enemies and the service the customer service that you get here is just totally awesome it's a beautiful place to live
How do you get a hold of someone about getting information on an application? I have an elderly mother who lives off of social security and she is currently living in Riverwood apartments but soon won't have any savings left to help cover her rent outside of her social security check she receives. Any help would be great.
