Got all my test on one day, so I didn't have to take off multiple times. Dr. Miller very kind and interested in my health.
Absolutely everything about my entire experience was wonderful! I could not be any happier with my decision to choose Dr. Miller as well as her amazing support staff; everyone i encountered from check in to check out was so incredibly kind and helpful! I immediately felt comfortable with everyone and confident that my health care is in kind, caring and competent hands!
My review is not specific to Dr Miller but to American doctors in general, the visits are too fast and they are not in a comfortable atmosphere. I am used to seat and chat with the doctors and then have the physical recognition, and normally the visit is more than 40 min. Again, my opinion is not just specific to Dr Miller but to all the doctors that I am visiting in Naples. A part of that she is very prepared and kind.
Dr. Miller is very easy to talk to. She doesn’t rush appointments and is open to discuss any questions or concerns. Her staff is very courteous and professional. My appointment started on time and I have gotten lab results and prescriptions promptly.
A friend referred me to Dr. Miller, I liked the staff and Dr. Miller very much. I felt like I had found the right Dr!
I just moved to Florida and finding a new OBGYN is scary at my age ?? As soon as Doc Holly walked in she made me feel so comfortable her personality was so energetic by the end of my visit I felt relaxed. The staff was great too ??
All about the money. After years as a patient i called with a question. They refused to let me leave a message and get a call back. Only option was to schedule an appointment.
I didn't like the fact that Dr. Miller had me give my credit card information for her file. I had no choice in the matter. I see she has stopped that practice. She must have gotten too many complaints. Her receptionist was very rude. Patients have to come in early to fill out paperwork so the doctor doesn't have to wait but meanwhile the doctor wasn't even in.
