Zero stars if I could. I do not recommendI left my appointment feeling shamed, humiliated and dismissed. I felt she made assumptions about my health based primarily on my size, repeatedly emphasizing “significant” health issues that I do not have. I had two visits. At the first visit, I was told I needed surgery for my multiple fibroids. I’ve decided to monitor and change lifestyle. Six months later, I was told everything was the same, meeting was very short. But when I read my reports, I saw I had fewer fibroids, my cyst was gone, and my polyp was gone. None of this was explained to me. I am changing to a different doctor.
I had Dr. Miller perform my surgery, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. From the very beginning, I was impressed with her knowledge and professionalism. She took the time to listen to all of my concerns, answered my questions, and helped me decide what type of surgery was the best option for me.Dr. Miller made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process, which meant so much during a stressful time. I hadn’t seen Dr Miller since my hysterectomy 15 years ago. I called and got an appointment within a day. She greeted me like an old friend and immediately put me at ease. She treated my problem appropriately. I would most definitely recommend Dr Miller; she is a caring professional who explains everything in a way that the patient can understand.
This was a year and a half ago but better late than never.Let me preface this by saying, I've chosen to wear a mask for personal reasons since Covid. This was a new appointment and I had never met Dr. Miller before. Bad first impression. Not only was she 45 minutes late to the appointment due to her delivering a baby (I don't fault her for that) but, upon her arrival, 1. Didn't apologize and 2.
