Truly grateful for my sweet friend Holly Parker!! Without her idk where I’d be. She helped me feel my best after going to the doctor not know what was going on with my body. I decided to do Holly’s reset after seeing a friend go through an incredible transformation. I’m so glad I did! Everything about the program was great and months later I’m still incorporating everything I learned. It’s truly so much different than anything else I’ve tried and focuses on WHOLE body health. I am down 12 lbs and sleep better, have less anxiety, and no more brain fog. I’ll be able to take what I learned and use it forever. I’m so grateful for Hollys knowledge and the community she has built!
Just completing my 10 week program, in many ways the journey is just beginning, as I still have a ways to go to meet my goals, but for the first time I really feel like I have the tools to meet those goals. I just recently finished the program and wanted to thank Holly Parker for an amazing experience! I was dubious in the beginning…especially about not going to the gym for 6 weeks. Because I trusted Holly, I took the leap of faith and I’m so glad I did. Holly's 10 week program has truly changed my whole life. I've struggled most of my adult life with trying to get healthy and until this program nothing ever stuck long term.
