Terrible maintenance, 7 months to complete a moldy not working dishwasher replacement and other things. Roaches and bed bugs and staff has high and mighty attitude except one manager. Rent is great if you're broke or down on your luck.

All I can say is scammers make sure you do a walk through when moving in and out I moved during the pandemic and didn't a do walk through 5 years later I find out they are charging me over a thousand dollars for damages I cleaned the place out scrubbed walls did the self cleaning on the oven and everything the only thing I could think of is squatters were living there i mean it's not the best apartments and filled with crime and drugs addicts I paid the fine because it was in collections and asked for photos or some kind of ... read more

This is a great opportunity to live affordably and raise a family. Management cares about the safety of the tenants, our well being, and the overall structure of the property in which case all policies and guidelines are properly enforced.
