Dad passed away in Feb. Have yet to get cremation bench which was beautiful, paid for, and expensive. Family members who could not be here for memorial service planned on coming in June for dedication and a second family memorial. Here we are almost Sept., still no bench, nor courtesy call to tell status. Very insensitive and poor business tactics.
