Dr. Yancy has truly been an angel. I suffered from frequent migraines, which negatively impacted my quality of life. My migraines commonly ruined my plans and interrupted my work day. If I could give zero stars I would! I have had severe headaches since contracting Covid-19 in January 2021. I waited 6 months to get in for my initial appointment with Dr. Yancy and she prescribed Emgality and said she wanted to see me in 3 months. I set up the 3 month appointment and took the Emgality as prescribed. I did not receive any relief from my headaches with the medication and needed to see the doctor again. My appointment was canceled because I'm not an "Established" patient. I continued taking medication Dr Holly Yancy prescribed. The point of my appt was to discuss no longer taking Vyepti. I took Infusion in August and have been ill since then. If your not an established patient why did she prescribed medication for 18months?
My husband waited over 3 months for his initial visit with Dr Yancy. He has severe headaches and was referred by Dr Sunenshine. He saw her again for Botox and she made the next appointment for nerve block about 4 weeks later.
