This was my first appointment with this doctor, and unfortunately, it was a highly unsatisfactory experience. I arrived early for my 10:00 AM appointment and was promptly taken back. When I explained my concerns and asked about a referral to a dermatologist, I was told I had “too much going on” and needed to choose what was most important to discuss. Dr. Longstreet is absolutely amazing. She was my doctor one day after delivering my son and there was just something about her that drew me to her! Her vibes were just amazing. She was very information and very sweet. So we have been seeing her for 6yrs now and I will never take my children to see anyone else. She is very patient and gives you all and any information you may need. She is so sweet with both of my boys (that she has cared for since birth) whenever we may need to visit her. I started seeing Dr. Longstreet around 6 years ago. At first, she was amazing. Slowly service and quality of care started to diminish. Then she moved to the new location near the hospital and service has been unpleasant. I come faithfully every 3 months for prescription refills. Due to work, I had to cancel my appt for December and refuse to fill my script, so I am completely off of it. The responding nurse is a real jerk (messaging in mychart). Nurse and doctor very rude! Ending up walking out in tears and not even speaking with the doctor about my issues. They both said I had a lot going on when I was just trying to get referrals for a pain management doctor and letting them know my family history which they asked about!
