This facility should be shut down. A family member that was just in there, just passed away from sepsis. When her care giver tried to complain that she was not being cleaned, and smelled like urine, they told the care giver she was not allowed back until patient was released. A week later, patient ended up in hospital from Sepsis and died a week later. Sending health and welfare and Department of Elder abuse to investigate. Neglect is causing people lives.
The state needs to step in on a lot of these! A lot of good it would do to shut it down they'll open it up under a new name the next day.
Surprised this place isn't condemed and shut down. If you want your loved ones to live a lil longer do not send them here...
First there are a few good nurses and aids but the majority are under par in all area's. Even trying to call a family member that is there is a huge pain and the staff still can't figure it out. Shut it down.
It doesnt even deserve one star. They dont treat employees or patients with the care and respect they deserve. I seriously question whether they should even be able to opperate.
