I couldn't think of any reason not to answer with 10s on the questions they asked after my visit. I see Dr. Holly Kaufman and she is great. The staff is great. The facility is great ( clean and organized). It was fast but I didn't feel rushed.
Dr. H. Kaufman was one of the best doctors I have met. She explained everything and answered all questions. I'm an RN and I found her very knowledgeable and thorough.
Dr Holly and the staff are always pleasant. But I have to wonder about quality of care when I go in after being sick for 4 weeks and she doesn't look up my nose or at my throat but quickly prescribed an antibiotic. Day 4 of antibiotic and not only am I not improving but ran a fever for the past 2 days. Was the antibiotic really needed?
Dr. Holly and her staff are the best! Kind, compassionate, thorough, and timely!
