Huge disappointment! Failed to refill routine medications from previous Pcp after two visits to orchestrate this. Lack of communication. Dr. Holly Hamilton failed to disclose and specify that she was going to pick and choose which medications to refill and which she would try to get another copay to refill in the future. Office staff (telephone), her P.A., and doctor all shared the same uncaring attitude, lack of concern for patient needs, and common courtesy even after they failed to fulfill basic Pcp tasks. I just moved here and was referred to Dr. Hamilton by friends. They told me that she was competent and caring. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the office and administration. Dr. Hamilton was personable, patient and compassionate. She listened to me and responded very clearly not only in medical terms but also in layman’s terms! My experience exceeded my expectations. I would give Dr Hamilton my highest recommendation.
