Clinchfield Medicine is wonderful. Dr. Grigsby listens and that is what matters most!
Inactivated my prescriptions. Horrible staff up front. Several issues of refilling medications that was twice a day NOT once a day and the pharmacy at Food City telling me it’s my error. I would not recommend this Dr or place to my worse enemy. STAY AWAY!!!!
Had a *really* poor experience with this person when I lived in TN. Won't let you bring someone with you; withholds important meds; and when I called to cancel an appointment (because I could not walk, which I later found out was due to piriformis syndrome), the nurse/receptionist threw a fit because I couldn't keep my appt. and told me I couldn't be a patient there anymore. Dr.Grisby is the absolute best doctor I've had in my 46 years of life! She is kind, caring and truly has your best interest at heart! She listens and wants to work with you to make sure you are living your best and healthiest life possible! 5 stars all the way!
