Okay at first. Dr. Grigsby spent a lot of time with me at my first appointment. Other than that, office hours are limited to 4 days a week. And contacting someone during those hours is very difficult. They use the excuse 'our phones were messed up' often. That doesn't explain why I have to call for three days until I get an answer. No voicemail, no answering machine. Nothing. It should NOT be so hard to get prescriptions refilled. BEGINNING TO WONDER IF THIS IS A LEGIT MEDICAL PRACTICE.
