Air conditioning is supposed to be turned on May 1 of every year as per the lease agreement. June 3rd I had to request it be turned on only to find out it was not working and needed to be serviced. It’s now 45 days later on July 17th and the manager has stopped responding or answering phone calls and text messages. Our air conditioning is still not working. Nobody has been out to service it.
