Today I came in here by acccident thinking my appointment was here at holy photo, I had a very frightening experience , upon arrival I mentioned to the lady that runs the operations at holy physio regards to my appointment at 1pm, once I said that she said that appointment does not exist and insisted aggressively for me to show my phone to her on proof of my appointment or emails or calls. Most unprofessional lady at front and she asks people to pay cash to make money 💴 even if we do have our benefit plans .. zero customer service..she was like if you will pay cash then we are free even I took appointment else you can come after .
Sonia is an expert massage therapist. Highly recommended.
