I had my first appointment scheduled this morning. I had my new patient paperwork in five days ago. They called me this morning 45 minutes before my appointment and said that they were not the right doctor for me because I was on too many medications. I’m now not able to get refills. I imagine that if I canceled 45 minutes before my appointment they would be charging my credit card for a large fee. However, I have no recourse.
