Great customer service.
The first time I tried to schedule an appointment over the phone it was difficult getting someone on the phone.The second time I was scheduled came in was informed my car would be there for a few days with no definite date. I was rescheduled for another date The third time was professional and prompt. I dropped my car off that morning, and it was ready the next day with no problem.
Just got a basic oil change.
Salesmen were very nice, worked with me and got me into a brand new 2026 Chevy Trax. Only complaint I have is that it has been in the service department a total of 3 times since purchased on Sept. 20, 2025 due to Emissions System! Not happy with the fact that a brand new vehicle is messing up in less than 30 days.
