My parents have lived here for over 10 years. The staff has shown up for them with kindness and help at every level, from housekeeping to aide support to therapeutic support to dining to management. They have many opportunities to engage with the community creatively and recreationally. They appreciate the proximity to various doctors offices and a good hospital. I am most grateful for everyone at Laurel Circle.
Very disappointing. This place owes me $400. I made an appointment a month in advance to come visit and take a tour. Since I am coming from out of state I drove up the day before and stayed in a hotel overnight. I told the lady on the phone which hotel I was going to be staying in. When I went to my appointment the next morning they had no idea who I was or what I was doing there. And the rest of “my appointment” went just as well. We’ve had a wonderful experience working with Laurel Circle Subacute Rehab. Kristin Ziolkowski is always responsive, supportive, and a pleasure to collaborate with. Alok Anand leads a great team, and it shows in the quality of care they provide. What’s great community. The Director of Nursing is strong and clinically capable of the highest levels of care. Staff is welcoming and rooms are inviting and clean. I would highly recommend.
