***BEWARE***Extremely disappointed ! I got gel x 7 days ago and 3 of my nails came off within 6 days. The manager declined a refund instead she said they could replace the missing nails. Went here for a pedicure asked for the regular $38 one with gel , it should’ve ended up being 67 but they charged me almost 90 because they said I asked for the 58 Dollar one, but I never did that. I used to be a regular but they kept overcharging for services. So I decided to give them another try. I got paraffin wax on my hands yesterday to help my dry skin and cuticles. Not even 24 hours later they are even more dry! They must use cheap material. Also front desk girls are never polite. This was my last straw

My sister and I had been regular clients at this salon for several years, primarily for manicures and pedicures. Unfortunately, due to repeated negative experiences, we have decided not to return. The receptionist at the front desk is consistently rude, unprofessional, and unwelcoming.
