I PLACE A HALF PAGE AD IN THIS BOOK THAT WAS TO GO TO THE CUSTOMERS AROUND MY BUSINESS AND THE SALES REP PLACED IT IN ANOTHER ZIP CODE AND WE DID NOT GET ONE RESPONCE TO THEIR AD! THEY CALLED ME BACK AND I TOLD THEM I WOULD NEVER RUN A AD WITH THEM AGAIN . THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD GIVE ME A DEAL AND PUT ME IN 3 BOOKS 100.000 HOMES. I HAD A SIGNED AGREEMENT WITH THEM THAT THEY WOULD DO THAT AND WE COULD PAY THE INVOICE ON DECEMBER 15 THEY CALLED 2 DAYS BEFORE THE AD WAS TO RUN AND TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY TO HAVE THE AD RUN .
