Rolled up on a Saturday morning in cycling kit with a broken chain and zero business being in a motorcycle shop. The guys at Holloway’s didn’t skip a beat — got me fixed up and back on the road without making me feel like the idiot I probably looked like. If they’ll help a lost cyclist, they’ll help anybody. Great people. Since 1988 for a reason.
If I could give John a 10 star review, I would!!! Legitimately, the guy is a class act business owner and operator. Willing to go the extra mile to make sure we’re happy and is always fair in pricing and letting me know what’s going on. I’ve taken all my bikes there and as long as I live in KC, John’s the only one I’m working with. Appreciate everything you’ve done!
Absolutely impressed with this small motorcycle shop. Two popular shops refused to work on my bike because of the age of the bike but Holloway's accept it even it took lots of trouble shooting to fix it. Honest people and they really care about their customers and the bikes they work on. They took the time to explain everything clearly, and my motorcycle runs great now. Hands down the most honest motorcycle mechanic in the world! Came in under estimate and fixed everything I asked and some extras. She rides like a totally different bike. As long as this company is open my “Irene” (2003 Dyna lowrider anniversary) will not go anywhere else for repairs! They stand on business!!!!! If I could give 50 stars I would!!!!
