I went here because she had a 5 star review, but that was a mistake. I am giving her a 1 star due to poor customer service and lack of experience. My taxes was filed as married filing separately when I was able to file head of household, according to the IRS website. This make a huge difference since I owe money this year, it will put me at the 12% tax bracket instead of 22%, meaning in would owe less taxes.
