We needed a new boiler system, we asked, they delivered! Office admin lady very knowledgeable & great to talk/deal with. The guys were polite, explained the new system & left the area clean. We’ve used them for many years & will continue to do so.
Extremely disappointing customer service. Had a boiler system installed 3 years ago and it crashed (after many multiple issues and requesting it be replaced on warranty since install). Company wouldn’t offer any solutions or stand behind the unit they chose to install. They seemed quite content to leave us without heat during the winter as long as it didn’t cost them anything. Had to go to another company and start all over again with a new system.
Excellent service, have used them for different jobs the last year and a half and have always provided fast and quality service. Pricing is reasonable and service personnel are knowledgeable. Always clean up after they are done. Would definitely recommend.
