Moxley and Associates treated me unfairly for no good reason. I have sent complaints to the CFPB, State AG and the BBB. If you are treated unfairly, please complain to the CFPB. These abusive tactics will continue until the CFPB gets enough complaints to warrant further investigation. They ignored repeated attempts at a repayment agreement and pursued a garnishment even after I was improperly served. The garnishment order was for the wrong amount on top of that.
Can never be reached I believe you would have to drive to am office which for me is 2 hours away here's a tip moxley if you're so busy that you can't even ANSWER THE PHONE maybe not take so many clients
Placed a garnishment on my account after refusing to help me settle. They had a process server enter my community without the code to gate. He followed someone else in them dropped unsealed medical papers with a neighbor which had all my personal information on it. DRAINED MY BANK ACCOUNT AND LEFT ME STRANDED 250 MILES FROM HOME WITH INKY $5 DOLLARS IN MY ACCOUNT
