This company placed a hold on my bank account after coming to a settlement agreement in court with their lawyer. They filed a separate levy with the court AFTER I had met with their lawyer in court the month prior and verified agreement of a payment plan to resolve the balance. They did not have the court docket information (from my court date with their lawyer) in their system until I called to see what was going on.
