My family has been so grateful for the professionalism and respect shown to us during this sad time of my stepdad's passing. Chuck Smith has walked us through every step with kindness and grace. He helped us plan the funeral, he dressed the body for burial, made sure the bruises (from a nasty fall) on the face were nicely covered for an open casket funeral, came to the funeral, as well as the burial at DFW National Cemetery (and was driving the hearse).
