Subpar service (Feb 2025) and most answers your get at the front desk are just no, even for the simplest things. That typically reflects of poor hospitality management culture in my experience. Never say no to a client. Anyway, loved the stay and the SohoHoue in general. Just a constructive comment. Not going back to the this house a fifth time though.

This was my first time and experience at this particular Soho. The food was incredible. The atmosphere is amazing. But the staff was so warm, welcoming and friendly. They were first class all the way!
