My first time visiting any location, I love the concept. Staff was helpful and service was top notch.
Rooftop Reno is dreamy✨ the most beautiful & cozy rooftop in LA. Ground floor is perfect for rare rainy days and winter nights. I drive up here from the Westside whenever I'm stuck in a lot of grey weather , but I do wish there was a property like this in Venice. Wish they still had the same vegan dirty burger it was the best.
This location is a home away from home for me when I travel from NY to LA - I always stay in the same room and have the best room service. The location is supreme. Unfortunately, Channing at the front desk is the most unaccommodating person I’ve ever met across all Soho Houses. I asked for something to be shipped (and to pay for it) upon check out (a very small jar) and with a proud attitude, she told me she would have to personally do it so she would not be doing that, and it’s “new policy” that they won’t do that for guest... read more
