The sales process was very good and efficient. David explained the building options and costs, Bee showed the interior options and Bryan was the best possible construction manager we could have wishes for. Now a year in, we have warping doors, leaking windows, and ventpipe outlets that fall off.

David was very professional explaining the building options and costs, Bee showed us the interior options and quickly reverted with alternatives, and then Bryan was the best possible construction manager we could have wishes for, calm, efficient, friendly and a down to earth can-do leader. These people deserve your business like they did ours. A breath of fresh air.
To start with we were impressed with the farmhouse model exterior and went from there. When we arrived on sight we were greeted at the front door. Mary gave us a few minutes to walk around and view the model at the Chappel Hill location. My husband and I experienced a warm home approach while speaking with Mary and found her to be informative while asking questions.
