What a lackluster experience. I called to order birthday flowers, and the person I talked to didn't seem very interested in asking questions or conversing, so I wasn't sure what I'd get. (Oh, and they don't deliver 10 miles away.) I picked up the flowers today and could not be more disappointed. Some of the greenery and smaller blooms look wilted, and there is actually a gap in the side of the arrangement that looks like something was pulled out and left a hole.
