Love it
Awful service. We signed up online with 10 federal storage and it was a breeze. Was promised 2 months free and the smallest unit for only $18 a month plus a 7.99 fee. Since they've moved to hollow point, I didnt get any notice of a price change. All of a sudden I have to pay $60 a month when the units show available gor $20 online. Moving out this month. Been less than two months we've used them. Don't recommend at all.
The worst experience I have ever had with a storage unit. You will not get the unit you paid for, measure your units. The amount of rat damage done to my things are incredible. Less than one month and moving out. Don’t rent here. Just save your time and energy.
