I had a huge mistake on my original contract and was not shown as client. Since my storages contained ashes from my husband and four dogs, I was terrified of losing them. Fortunately I got Amy and Alex who were very compassionate and understanding of my dilemma. They were amazing and showed sincere empathy. I am grateful. Excellent customer service. Thank you!!!!
Rats got into my storage. This place needs more pest control. New management has said they will do something about it.
