Giant company truck parked in one of only two disabled parking spaces at a medical office building, backed up the wheelchair ramp and onto the sidewalk with its extra wide tires completely blocking the ramp, without disabled tags or permit. While medical transport was dropping off one of many wheelchair bound patients who use the office.
