Seems all they care about is money. We lost a loved one who carried insurance through this company and the home insurance lapsed due to her passing. We called to pay it up and were informed the insurance had lapsed. Fine. What didn’t sit well with us is every company we’ve called said they’re sorry for our loss, this is the only place who didn’t.
