The short version of my review is, "build-a-box" home. Now the long version: I'm not a first time homeowner, nor a first-time new build homeowner. The interest rate, which DR Horton purchases in bulk, and in this interest rate market, is what won my business. In comparison to other builders, this is very basic tract house at an inflated price point. You will have to install better quality fixtures and make upgrades the home to increase its value.
