the staff here has some hidden gems! kamila was very sweet and excessively helpful and patient when helping me. was very appreciative and happy that i could find employees that didn’t make me afraid to ask for help :)

The manager Alex said I wasn’t allowed to purchase anything unless I signed up for a rewards account. The employee that checked me out was beyond rude and lied multiple times about it not being a rewards account. She told me I had to put in my info to receive my receipt because they were email only, and after I did she snatched the screen out of my sight and agreed to rewards, then crumbled my receipt up— the one she said wouldn’t print— and stuffed it in the bag to hide the rewards sign up on it. As a native of Nashville, born and raised, I would never recommend this location. Customer service is lacking tremendously. Managers are not willing to resolve issues. My family and I will never be back. The store is always upside down.

Was a nice store employee was nice. been a while since I have been able to to a store to get the cologne I like. I was told they discontinued it why fix what aint broken was my favorite cologne. definitely need to back the original Hollister cologne bad move Hollister bad move
