I had such a GREAT experience at Hollister today! I came in to return a few items and ended up purchasing new clothes, and the entire process could not have been smoother—all thanks to Anna, my cashier. From the moment I walked up to the counter, Anna was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She handled my return quickly and professionally, explained everything clearly, and made the entire transaction totally stress-free. Hollister is lucky to have someone like Anna. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back
Slightly disappointed. I love the clothes but I had to wait 15 minutes as the second person in like as the girls took their time and chatted with each other. I wish there was a small sense of urgency or speed because then I would have had a lot more empathy. It just felt insulting at that point to myself and the other people in line. (4 people behind me also waiting)
I love hollister clothes but the cashier in this store is so rude, she ruined the whole experience. Seemed like she did not want to work at all. It’s Saturday morning, the store had just opened , jeez. I will never come back. Take your miserable face and miserable attitude and get fired.
The store is so warm/ hot and uncomfortable. When asked they said the air conditioner is broken however it has been broken for over two weeks. When are they going to fix it. We had to get out of the store without buying anything as it was so uncomfortable to stay in
