★★★★☆ Stopped by Hollister recently and had an overall very good experience. The store has a really nice look and atmosphere — clean, modern, casual, and very much in line with the brand. I especially liked the way the merchandise was organized by color and style. There was a solid selection of jeans, T-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, and more relaxed everyday pieces, and the displays made it fairly easy to see the different options without having to dig through everything. For the first time I went to make a return without receipt at this store and learned something new. They don’t take return or exchange without any form of purchase. The product with the tag is not enough, and I respect their policy, I have no problem with that. I just felt that in order to have any proof the store need to provide a way to make every purchase trackable. My teenager son bought an item with a store credit and lost the receipt. I had such a GREAT experience at Hollister today! I came in to return a few items and ended up purchasing new clothes, and the entire process could not have been smoother—all thanks to Anna, my cashier. From the moment I walked up to the counter, Anna was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She handled my return quickly and professionally, explained everything clearly, and made the entire transaction totally stress-free. Hollister is lucky to have someone like Anna. Because of her, I’ll definitely be coming back

Slightly disappointed. I love the clothes but I had to wait 15 minutes as the second person in like as the girls took their time and chatted with each other. I wish there was a small sense of urgency or speed because then I would have had a lot more empathy. It just felt insulting at that point to myself and the other people in line. (4 people behind me also waiting)
