This Hollister is much more open and easy to shop,
Very disappointed in Hollister. Ordered gifts online for Christmas. Continued to track the package until I received notification that the order was returned to sender. I contacted Hollister via the chat and spoke with Lara. She indicated that their carrier noted due to weather conditions the package was returned to sender. First how does a carrier have the authority to make that call!? I've worked with carriers in two separate work environments which normally would delay a package due to weather until safe to deliver.
