The dressing rooms have enough hair on the ground to make custom wigs. The whole store is filthy. The fluorescent lighting feels like a hospital. Easy fixes.
I love this Hollister! I come here pretty often to pick up online orders because the sales online are sometimes better, and I usually end up leaving with a purchase in store as well Because everyone that I've interacted with at this location is so kind, patient, and friendly! I was looking at the hours online today and saw how many negative reviews they have, And I think they deserve more recognition for the hard work that they do to keep that store looking beautiful!
They closed before their closing time and very rude staff!
i ordered a hoodie for christmas in a size xl, the recipient wanted me to exchange it for a xxl and online that was out of stock, called the store and they were not helpful and told me there was no way for them to reserve an out of stock item for when it is back in stock, and when i asked if there was anything to be done since my return window was coming to an end i was asked if i was a “gold member” and when i said no they said there was nothing to be done. disappointing and unprofessional.
