This Sunrise Mall location needs better customer service. 2 girls at the register lacked basic customer service. They were just ignoring us while they played on the register screen and gossiped. They would even look at us and keep gossiping while there was only one girl charging. I went yesterday to pick up an online order. Picking up the order was really easy and pretty fast too. The employee greeted us in and was very polite. My mother only speaks Spanish, so I really appreciated that she could speak both English and Spanish. Although the store itself is small, they still had a lot of clothes to offer. Not to mention, the store was very organized and clean. The clothes I ordered fit well and are really pretty. I am really happy with my purchase!
I went here today for back to school shopping for my teen daughter and she loves this store. There was certain sizes she needed and a very nice employee who I didn’t get her name was helpful in finding the sizes. Although I was there for my daughter, I ended up getting jeans for myself! The jeans are such good quality and loved the different colors.
