Poor costumer service
The new lights and new layout doesn’t give Hollister. It gives GAP with white hospital lights , along with cheap very small palm trees. Lost its old charm.
I was a bit too old to wear Hollister’s logo graphic t’s at the time, but I didn’t care as they were cool-looking with their subdued designs. The cheaper, younger-marketed brand of parent company Abercrombie & Fitch has four locations in Hawaii. The last time I stepped foot into Hollister was years ago when A&F was all the sex appeal-rage and the brand even sported a more premium store, Ruehl, now defunct.
