We had the worst experience with management when making a return of an item the security tag left a hole in. Honestly haven’t experienced such unkind service before
It was a nice Hollister store but a little hidden in the mall. I went there later morning and found a bunch of cute things even though it was a smaller store then some other Hollisters. The worst part was waiting in line for the fitting rooms for almost an hour! The line went through the whole store and took forever. There was a leak coming from the ceiling and they had a bin catching the water but the bin was balanced on the top of the fitting rooms wall which seemed a little risky. -1 star I came here for shopping and this is one of my favorite brand of clothing but with soo unfortunate situations , They** FALSELY**accusing me for stealing with no reason that because I'm AUTISTIC?!!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. DON'T EVER purchase nor order clothing from this Hollister, they're racist and the staffs and employees are not friendly as well
