Hollister was always a preppy style of clothing but the last few years the brand just completely lost its identity. This place should go back to what it once was.
Waited on line for 20 min to return 1 thing. They have one person at the cash register dilly dallying while there are 5 people folding clothes. No efficiency. Seems like most of the reviews agree with me. Be better.
Absolutely horrible service I tried to return a item with no tag when online it says as long as we have the receipt you can return it they wouldn’t let me return it where completely rude and not helping at all if you ever go to this store don’t!!!!!! Boy cotting holster at all all cost!!!
Went to return an item with original receipt. Did not accept return or exchange when it says in the policy I can exchange item! I got the item with a hole in it. Cashier is super young and doesn’t help at all! They told me to contact customer service and I asked what the number was they proceeded to tell me look online for it! After I was on phone with customer service for over 45 minutes they did nothing for me! Had to go to deer park outlets to return no problem!!! Do not come here!!!! Go to outlets instead!
Hello, I am someone that regularly shops here. Typically it’s a quick and seamless interaction that is more than satisfactory. However at 10:30am-11:00am on Christmas eve. A special holiday to many I went in and as the lovely cashier rung up my friend and I’s purchases a very rude and nasty manager came up to this poor girl and started screaming at her.
