Why does it literally smell like feet in here. Every time I go in, the second you get in the door it smells WORSE.
Manager ‘Lauren’ is rude and insufferable. She even insulted my husband for not writing his name fast enough. If youre so unkind that you need to be rude to other then maybe you shouldnt be working with the public. They also short changed me during a return and never rectified it. Lauren rolled her eyes when it was brought to her attention. I dont recommend this location. Go elsewhere
The store was extremely dirty inside to the point where if you dropped an item and picked it back up off the floor it would be covered in dust. Management is also extremely poor as they only have one person assigned to the register even when there is a line that goes through the whole store.
I come here shooing always for clothes I don’t know what people are saying make up stuff this store is amazing if you prefer to go to the way it was back then sorry life’s not fair good variety of clothes pants shorts jeans nice employees
Hollister was always a preppy style of clothing but the last few years the brand just completely lost its identity. This place should go back to what it once was.
