I visited Hollister at Kings Plaza in Brooklyn, New York, on 08/26/2026 and purchased two tops. I asked an employee to check for a larger size, but she said there was none without checking the stock. Shortly after, another customer asked for help, and the employee immediately started checking for them. I felt I was treated differently, and the service was unfriendly and unfair. I hope the store manager looks into this issue and reminds staff to treat every customer with the same courtesy and respect.
Great place, but there is no SIM reception in the store, you have to connect to WiFi.
