Got a gift for Christmas was too big. I returned it for a smaller size. The only receipt given back to me was the original receipt and I tried to return the second one and was told I couldn’t return it because it wasn’t a new receipt, I was never given a different receipt and was told by the manager, there’s no way they can take it back or exchange it. This is ridiculous. TOO MANY KIDS WORKING THERE AND THEY ALL TELL YOU SOMETHING DIFFERENT!!
I wish I could remember her name, but my brain is horrible. The girl With glasses and braids was super nice and helpful. She was very sweet and I appreciate her help shopping in store.
Love Hollister and employee was very helpful
Manager is horrible- doesn’t want to even give you the time of day or talk nicely. The teenager employees have more manners.
