I always have a great experience every time I come to this Hollister. I honestly can’t remember the last time I left empty handed because they always have so many cute clothes, and I always end up finding something I like. The store is always clean and organized, which makes it easy to shop. Had the weirdest experience with an employee here after I found a ring on the ground. I was trying to be helpful and she made me feel like such an inconvenience. May have been her first day on earth I don’t know. She looked at me with her mouth gaping open, didn’t say anything, snatched it out of my hand, and then proceeded to just place it down on a random table and walk away.

Got a gift for Christmas was too big. I returned it for a smaller size. The only receipt given back to me was the original receipt and I tried to return the second one and was told I couldn’t return it because it wasn’t a new receipt, I was never given a different receipt and was told by the manager, there’s no way they can take it back or exchange it. This is ridiculous. TOO MANY KIDS WORKING THERE AND THEY ALL TELL YOU SOMETHING DIFFERENT!!

I wish I could remember her name, but my brain is horrible. The girl With glasses and braids was super nice and helpful. She was very sweet and I appreciate her help shopping in store.
