Caitlyn from the tanger outlets location was very helpful and kind. She went above and beyond. There was an item I wanted that wasn’t available in my size in store and though it wasn’t available online since it was a clearance item she still took the time to double check online and even offered to look in the back for me. She was the one employee that stood out to me because she was going above and beyond not just with customer interactions but just working hard.
Brandon deserves a raise or a paid day off. Made my day better and honestly I thought customer service was dead until I had an encounter with him. Store is lucky to have you Brandon
Wrong clothes are everywhere In the store , so when you check out prices will not be what you think they are! Clothes in clearance section they will say they don’t belong there! Management sucks Especially the rolly Polly one
