Visited the Markville location—once again, an excellent experience (consistent with Fairview as well). It’s clear Hollister places strong talent on the front line. Hillary stood out—positive, proactive, and fully customer-focused. Alongside Gabby, they created a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere that made the visit genuinely enjoyable. Michael is clearly leading a high-performing team. Outstanding retail experience - Truly sets the standard for retail service.
I had such an amazing experience at Hollister this morning, thanks to Alexa! When I arrived, Alexa warmly greeted me. I told her I had already added the items I wanted to my online bag and was just coming in to try on sizes. Even so, she went above and beyond—she checked every single item from my bag to see if they were available in-store. I went to buy some jeans today, and the manager was the one cashing me out. He was so polite and enthusiastic, and gave me a discount on my purchase. He was AWESOME, 5 stars!!
I called Hollister in Markville mall today looking for a specific jacket for my daughter and when I called, I spoke with Maria. She was very courteous, professional, and kind and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the time and effort that she put into helping me try to find this jacket. I feel that she went above and beyond and really did try to help me find what I was looking for.
