I've been to this location multiple times for almost 10 years, but a particular experience I had yesterday, 12.22.2025, made me want to write this review. I came almost as soon as they opened to get ahead of the holiday traffic. I came in to pick up an order and also return a few items, and I was met by the cashier, Alyssa. Not only was Alyssa kind and attentive, but she also spoke Spanish, which made my mom and I's process to return clothing much easier since my mom was able to understand. Terrible customer service. The staff member at the cashier was rude and incompetent.
manager was beyond rude, unprofessional, not helpful! due to her terrible customer service, i will never shop at hollister again…i’ve shopped here since 2006! i purchased a coat, saved one of the tags and had an original receipt and returned within time frame. she tried refusing the return multiple times because i was missing a second tag! $100 coat and she shrugged. i asked for a district manager contact and she tried to tell me she didn’t have a boss above her and when i laughed she said she just wasn’t giving it out. stor... read more
yall need more and nicer employees because the skanky eye contact isn’t ok. ESPECIALLY when the line is almost out the door there’s only 2 workers on the register and it makes it 10x slower than they have to be.
