I love hollister and like their clothing a lot, especially for the summer/spring time. But the tacoma one in particular seems to hire a lot of teenage girls that do not have very good customer service. As well as their pricing is weird. I had bought some sweatpants that were on sale online and in store for 30 dollars (with shipping and tax) and it was too big for me. Cost effective in my opinion, very nice clothing selection to pick from. Hollister will be my go to for a while
Why do they hire people that have no concept of customer service. Such an unpleasant shopping experience. Zero effort to be helpful or nice.
The girls there kinda need some help in customer service. They're not very nice or welcoming. I will do ship to home next time. Not worth the teen attitude.
My sales guy, I think his name is Jaz. Really helpful and really asked the correct questions to make sure I got what I needed. Almost wanted to give my business card. He deserves a promotion.
