It's a great place to shop; they have a wide variety of clothing for young people. The associates and management team are very understanding and patient with every customer. Today I wanted to try on an item 15 minutes before closing, and they were understanding since it was just one item; meanwhile, there are customers who aren’t considerate and want to try on 25 items before closing. However, they know how to explain the situation to everyone and offer a reasonable solution. A great place. I'll come back for sure.
Loosing sales because their associates don’t want to work. They are closing the fitting rooms 10 minutes before the store closes, with no flexibility. Even though I told them I only needed my daughter to try on one bottom out of the many items we were planning to purchase and it wasn’t like the store was crowded, the 2 customers there were already at the checkout line.
