Visited the store for my tween, not my favorite place however the experience was made so much better by Daniela. Her knowledge of the product and ability to locate stock in store and online was impressively efficient. Great job Daniela, employees like you are hard to come by!

Today a nice worker named Alex helped me with picking out a jacket. He was really friendly and helpful, I hope next time I go I'll get to talk to him again.
I was ready to pay my items and was the only person in line i walked up to the counter and not one of the three employees taking behind the counter attended me. They walked away instead and later a guy came to attend me. The store was not busy at all, the employees were just lazy and wanted to keep talking instead of doing their job that they get payed to do.
