Better customer service. A clerk trash talked me to another customer just because I asked about future promotions on black Friday. Complained to the manager and never received an apology.

RecommendedI bought clothes online on "cyber monday" for an angel tree child's Christmas, unfortunately due to high purchase volumes and slower shipping this time of year, my package didn't arrive in time for the drop off date of the gifts. I went to our local Hollister Co. and they honored my 50% off that I received online so that I could buy what was needed for this child since I would have to return my online purchase when it arrives. They literally saved Christmas for a kid! Thanks Hollister, you have a loyal customer now!!
