Hard to fine in the mall
Marcos was very nice at helping me around the store, trying to navigate haha, and Jose was very helpful at checkout, along with Araceli was very helpful in the clearance area. Thank all of you guys!
I visited your store on November 18, 2025, between 3-4 PM to return an item. A female associate. She was a white woman wearing a top that was not suitably adjusted, and she seemed distracted and uninterested, failing to make adequate eye contact. Her service was subpar, and I felt she was not fully attentive to my needs. I hope this feedback can help improve the overall customer experience at your store.
